ena is an exciting and particularly tasteful recent addition to Andenes' accommodation
choices. Public areas feature nature photographs by local photographer Espen Tollefsen,
as do each of the 12 bedrooms, individually designed with colours that match the tones of
the blown-up photographs. There's free coffee around the clock, together with scrummy
homemade cakes.

ow of Andenes' resplendent lighthouse, this charming, well-equipped option with self-ca-
tering facilities occupies the first floor of what was once the lighthouse-keepers' cottage.
There are only two rooms and it doesn't take advance reservations, but if you ring up on
the day they'll hold one for you.

Rooms in 'Veita', a restored 18th-century home, are attractively furnished in antique style,
while apartments are spacious and well equipped at these recently renovated properties at
the eastern end of the village.
Andenes Camping CAMPGROUND €

ground, located 3.5km from town, is on a gorgeous seaside meadow, green and smooth as
a golf course. It has a well-equipped kitchen and large common room.
Hisnakul ROOMS €

well-priced budget rooms above its gallery and there are facilities for self-caterers. It has
only 14 beds so phone to reserve.
