Part of the consistently comfortable Thon chain of hotels, this modern hotel just back from
the lakeshore keeps up the standard with spacious, well-appointed rooms. It's really only
worth it in July or on weekends. From June to August, it goes the extra mile for families,
offering a family room for Nkr1190, as well as children's play areas and even a check-in
ladder.
Victoria Hotel HOTEL €€

from Nkr635/885; ) Part of the Rica Hotels network, the Victoria has a somewhat
baronial air with traditionally styled rooms. Room prices can triple on weekdays outside
summer, but the central waterfront location is good.
