a real sense of style. But this is above all a place for lovers of ghost stories - the hotel is
reputedly haunted by the ghost of Eid-fjord artist Nils Bergslien (especially on the ground
and 3rd floors, we were reliably informed), whose fantastic fairy-tale and Hardangerfjord
landscape paintings adorn the hotel. The restaurant (lunch mains Nkr79 to Nkr99, dinner
mains Nkr229 to Nkr299) is also Odda's best, using local produce to create fusion dishes
such as duck breast with raspberry sauce.

Getting There & Away
