Voss' prettiest buildings is laid-back and stylish all at once, and the food's also fantastic.
It has a small selection of sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes and a changing daily menu
with the odd Asian twist. It also does great coffees, teas and chai latte, and there's occa-
sional live music.
Ringheim Kafé TRADITIONAL CAFE €€
(Vangsgata 32; mains Nkr105-139; lunch & dinner) One of numerous cafes lined up
along the main Vangsgata thoroughfare, Ringheim has outdoor tables and a cafeteria-style
inter-ior. There are some real stars on the menu, including the elk burgers (Nkr139) and
hjortekoru (Nkr125), the local smoked sausage with potato and cabbage stew. It also does
children's menus (Nkr55).

Sun-Thu, 10am-1am Fri & Sat) In the Park Hotel Vossevangen, this train-themed cafe
offers snacks, light meals, a small salad bar (Nkr95) and mains such as spare ribs.
