Getting There & Away
Bus
Daily Nor-Way Bussekspress route between Bergen (Nkr729, 12½ hours) and Trond-
heim (Nkr230, two hours). Cheaper Lavprisekspressen buses (Nkr49 to Nkr299) also pass
through once or twice daily en route between Oslo and Trondheim.
Train
Oslo (Nkr399 to Nkr725, five hours, four daily) and Trondheim (Nkr182, 1½ hours,
four daily)
Trollheimen
The small Trollheimen range, with a variety of trails through gentle mountains and lake-
studded upland regions, is most readily accessed from Oppdal. You can drive or hike the
15km from Oppdal up the toll road (Nkr40 by car) to
Osen
, which is the main entrance
