Activities
Although Trysil lives and breathes winter skiing , for the rest of the year you can do just
about anything to keep active, from canoeing to canyoning or the more sedate pastime of
fishing. Perhaps the most rewarding activity in summer is cycling . There are at least six
cycle routes, the shortest 6km, the longest 38km; route maps are available from the tourist
office, while bike hire is available from Trysil Hyttegrend (1/3/6 days Nkr240/490/690)
. For horse-riding, contact Trysil-stallen (

full day Nkr450/750) .
