In the
Employees
Import Specification
dialog box, click
Cancel
. Then in the
Import
Tex t
wizard, click
Next
.
The wizard separates the file into fields at the commas.
TIP
If the columns are jumbled, you can choose a different delimiter from the
options at the top of the page to view that delimiter's results.

Select the
First Row Contains Field Names
check box, and click
Next
. Then click
Finish
.

On the
Save Import Steps
page, click
Close
.

Open the
Employees
table to confirm that Access successfully imported the records
from the text file. Then close the table.
