Cisco Syslog Agent:
Gathers syslog messages and implements the CISCO-SYSLOG-MIB.

Cisco Certificate Expiry Monitor:
Checks whether certificates have expired.

A Cisco DB Replicator:
Ensures database configuration and data synchronization between cluster members.

Cisco License Manager:
Tracks licenses on the system. It is possible to detect conditions where more licenses are used than
available (an overdraft, which can be up to 5 percent), situations when the license server is down, and situations where there
are insufficient licenses.

Cisco Database Layer Monitor:
Monitors the database layer.

Cisco SOAP-Real-Time Service APIs:
Enable you to collect real-time device and CTI application information, and also
provide APIs to activate, start, and stop services.

Allows the use of performance monitoring counters for applications.

Allows collection of log files.
