Cisco WebDialer Web Service:
Allows users to make calls from web- and desktop-based applications.

Cisco AXL Web Service:
Allows modification of database entries and execution of procedures from AXL client
applications.

Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service:
You can use the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) to administer phones and users, and in
order to use BAT, you must activate the Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service.

Cisco TAPS Service:
The Auto-Register Phone Tool allows you to load customized configurations onto phones that are auto-
registered when a user responds to IVR prompts. This service is needed if you want to support clusters. Note that the Auto-
Register Phone Tool also requires Customer Response Solutions (CRS).

Cisco Serviceability Reporter:
Responsible for generating daily reports.

Cisco CallManager SNMP Service:
Used to implement the CISCO-CCM-MIB, which allows SNMP access to CUCM.

Cisco CTL Provider:
Works with the CTL Client to change the security mode from nonsecure to secure.

Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function (CAPF):
Issues locally significant certificates (LSC).

Cisco DirSync:
Ensures that the CUCM database stores all user information.

Cisco CTIManager:
Provides an interface with applications.

Cisco RIS Data Collector:
Collects and distributes real-time information, such as the IP addresses of the phones. It is mainly
used to update information for SNMP agents.

Cisco CallManager Serviceability RTMT:
Supports RTMT.

Cisco RTMT Reporter Servlet:
Allows you to publish RTMT reports.

Cisco Log Partition Monitoring Tool:
The Log Partition Monitoring feature monitors disk usage of the log partition, and
the Log Partition Monitoring Tool supports this feature.

Cisco Tomcat Stats Servlet:
Allows monitoring of Tomcat perfmon counters by using RTMT or the CLI.
