Note that for CUE/CME deployments prior to CME 3.2 and CUE 2.0, CME and CUE had to be collocated in the same router chassis.
In CME 3.2/CUE 2.0 and later, it is possible for CME and CUE to be located in different router chassis, and it is recommended that
connectivity between the two should be provided over a LAN (not a WAN).
Similarly, prior to Cisco SRST release 3.2, CUE and the PSTN gateway had to be in the same router chassis, but from release 3.2, this
restriction has been relaxed and the PSTN gateway can be in a separate chassis.
