The site reeks of biblical history and the mosaics were in better condition than those of
Madaba. But it was a long day and we looking for a feed. Fortunately, on returning to Am-
man, we had the good fortune to find a reasonable restaurant. There is nothing like a nice
dinner after a visit to the Promised Land.
