we could observe noticeable variations in the concentrations. This emphasizes the
importance of these measurements. Like for the longer time scale, the model obtains
a reasonable fitting for all metabolites, except pyruvate.
All these equations had been implemented on Simulink/Matlab allowing us to
introduce new equations as subsystems and to validate the results of the estimation
(the Simulink model could be downloaded from www.laas.fr).
