3. Change the Effect to Bump.
4. Disable Output Regions (this will change the pattern back to a grid).
5. Set the Bias to 99.5%.
6. Change the layer blend mode to Add.

7. If the seams between the floor panels are too wide, change the X Size in the Texture Locator to 250
mm.
8. Unhide the Hardwood textures (Diffuse Amount and Bump layers).
At this point, your floor should look like Figure 9-22 . Some additional work is required to make the
pattern less uniform.
9. Add a Checker texture (from the Textures section of the Add Layer menu).
10. Set the Effect to Diffuse Amount.
