This image can also be placed by using Planar Projection and the Auto Size feature. Just make sure to use
the correct Projection Axis. Remember that the Projection Axis is the one that is perpendicular to the image
plane. For the example in Figure 7-10 , the mesh uses the z-axis.
With these elements prepared, they can be used to light the scene entirely or to create more-complex en-
vironments. In the next section, you will look at ways to use and manipulate these scene elements to create
finished studio renders such as the image shown in Figure 7-11 .
