In-Depth Information
Cytogenetic activity of mutagens in M 0 by their chromosome aberration frequency in
winter wheat correlates with their concentration and exposition of seed soaking. The
highest activity on the influence on cells mitotic apparatus reveal NMU and EI, and
the least number of chromosome structure violation was caused by DEU and NMB.
The method of gliadine electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel can be used in genetic
identification of mutant origin winter wheat lines.
