the wind speed V as shown in Fig. 14 are prepared and the voltage E 2 and the
frequency f 2 are controlled at E 1 = 200 V and f 1 = 60 Hz as shown in Fig. 15.
4.2 Synchronous generator with double rotational armatures
The model synchronous generator (3-phase, 4-pole, permanent magnet, AC gen-
erator with double rotational armatures) shown in Fig. 16, was prepared. The rated
output P = 1 kW at N T = 1500 min − 1 , while the induced frequency f = 50 Hz, and
the induced voltage E = 100 V.
Figure 17 shows the bench tests for the trial model. The armatures were driven
by two isolated motors in place of the tandem wind rotors, to confi rm experimen-
tally the rotational torque of the inner and the outer armatures respectively.
The shaft of the motor was directly connected to the shaft of the inner armature,
