character; they all capture a
view of the essential Sydney.
You can follow the paths that
trace the headlands and inlets
around Watsons Bay; enjoy
an invigorating clifftop walk at Bondi;
catch glimpses of the original land-
scape in Manly's unspoilt bushland;
or explore the narrow streets of his-
toric Balmain. Three of the walks
incorporate ocean or harbourside
beaches, so be prepared in warmer
