Environment from the Command Line
So far, we have a full-fledged working virtualization infrastructure that is designed and ex-
ecuted on RHEV, with all the advanced features configured, ready, and managed from the
administration and user portal of RHEV-M. In this chapter, we are going to learn how you
can set up and use the command-line shell to manage your RHEV infrastructure, in addi-
tion to managing it from a graphical administrator console.
We are going to learn the following topics:
• Introduction to the Command-Line Interface ( CLI )
• Installing and setting up the CLI
• Basic command-line examples
