Summary
In this chapter, we discussed various advanced features of Red Hat Enterprise Virtualiza-
tion, such as shareable or floating disks, direct LUN mapping, virtual hard disk resize, stor-
age live migration of disk from one storage domain to another, implementing network qual-
ity of service using VNIC profiles, and hot plugging of virtual hard disks, virtual network
adapters, and virtual CPUs.
In the next chapter, we will discuss implementing quota to limit the virtualization resource
usage and integration of Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization with directory services so that
directory users can be assigned different roles and permissions according to the tasks they
have to perform in the virtualization infrastructure.
