Figure 3.22a. The same concept applies to the end of the network: if it ends
with one activity, then there is no need for an additional node. If not (such
as those in Figures 3.11 to 3.15), then insert a PF (Project Finish) milestone
node at the end and tie those activities that end the network to it, as shown in
Figure 3.22b.
