In-Depth Information
B (successor) can start after two days of work performed in activity A. Thus,
the first portion of A has to be at least two days. Similarly, the first portion of B
has to be at least three days. Note also that the two portions of A (A1 and A2)
can be done consecutively while the two portions of B (B1 and B2) cannot due
to the restrictions on B: First part has to start no later than day 2 so it will not
delay the start of C, and the second part cannot finish before A is completed.
