(Salvador and Otorongo Lakes) and the Blanquillo
macaw lick. Longer trips also include visits to Cocha

Attractions aside, for many, the jungle
experience is made unforgettable simply
by the long journeys along the river, far
away from civilization, spotting herons,
egrets, vultures, storks and toucans,
and watching the pristine jungle pass by,
or waking up under a mosquito net in
the heart of the rainforest to the sounds
of howler monkeys.
