SQL*Loader express mode generates a bad file, and it also generates a SQL*Loader
control file and places it in the log file, purely for your convenience.
Default Values Used by SQL*Loader Express Mode
You can override the defaults on the command line, but otherwise SQL*Loader in express
mode has these characteristics:
It uses a file named table-name.dat in the current directory.
It uses the external table load method. SQL*Loader express mode will switch to direct
path load if there are specific errors, such as when the loading user does not have the
privilege to create a directory in the PDB:
SQL*Loader-816: error creating temporary directory object SYS_SQLLDR_XT_
TMPDIR_0
0000 for file countries.dat
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
SQL*Loader-579: switching to direct path for the load
