As a matter of fact, in consideration of various datasets, it is non-trivial, or
impossible, to build a uniform data pre-processing procedure and technology that
is applicable to all types of datasets. on the specific feature, problem, performance
requirements, and other factors of the datasets should be considered, so as to select
a proper data pre-processing strategy.
