Notes:
The large to very large, greenish-yellow fruits are best used for
baking and canning. A good medium-chilling European-Asian pear hy-
brid for growers in the southern United States but requires careful
training and crop management. The trees are large and produce heavy
crops. Excellent resistance to fire blight.

Notes:
The medium-sized brown-skinned fruits have an elongated
gourd shape. The flesh remains very hard, even when ripe. Best used
for preserves, as it disintegrates during canning. A low-chilling variety
commonly grown in the southern United States. Pollinate with
'Flordahome' or 'Hood'.
