and also felt a mild chest pain. In this situation
Mr. Karim thought that he should immediately
go for his physician's advice. He contacted with
his physician and his physician asked him to send
his heart rate and oxygen saturation information
by using the proposed Telemedicine system. He
did as he was suggested. On the other end, doctor
opened the “Telemedicine” web application to
view the data sent by Mr. Karim. After observing
the data, he noted the following points:
Based on the above observations, the doc-
tor advised Mr. Karim to immediately shift to a
comparatively cooler and non polluted place like
a park or any place having air condition facility
and take some rest.
It is an example of immediate utilization of
the proposed Telemedicine system. But the doc-
tor can have several numbers of immediate data
like this within a range of time. Summarizing all
the data, the doctor can reach a conclusion about
the location, temperature limit, part of the day or
time range of a day that is more comfortable for
his patient.
1. Mr. Karim's heart rate was higher than the
normal rate.
2. His Oxygen saturation level was low.
3. According to google map observation, Mr.
Karim was in a place which is usually a
crowded and polluted area (It might be a re-
sult of heavy traffic jam and over population).
4. According to time stamp data, it was mid-
day and temperature data showed that it was
higher.

The proposed Telemedicine system has many
benefits typical in developing countries like Ban-
gladesh where the rural areas are not facilitated up
to the mark. The city hospitals are not capable to
accommodate the huge influx of people coming
