the heart (ventricles). A pacemaker may also be
used to treat fainting spells (syncope), congestive
heart failure and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
(Khoór, S., Nieberl, J., Fügedi, K.and Kail, E.,
2001). So after implanting this device, it becomes
necessary both for a patient and his physician to
be aware of its functionality. For that heart rate
measurement becomes an indispensible part of
his treatment. However, it is not always possible
either for a doctor or for a patient to do time to
time check up for various reasons. In that case,
remote monitoring facility of the patient's heart
rate can become very useful, time saving and life
saving for the patient. Sensor device and a mobile
phone provide this kind of facility to a patient.
is environmental effect on human body. Captured
data from sensor with latitude and longitude
information of patient's location can help us to
study environmental effect on patient's body. For
instance, different patients live in different places
and with different lifestyle. Some may live in a
crowded and polluted place, where as some may
live in a serene place but with high altitude. Again
some may live in desert area where the weather is
always very hot and dry. Different locations with
different types of weather obviously have different
impact on patient's body. Using these geo stamp
data, doctors can take decision- which locations
are suitable for patient's good health. Researchers
can study from these data that which location has
good or bad impact on human body. They can also
study these data for different people to organize
them on the basis of their age, occupation and
other criterions. By doing so, they can understand
the impact of a specific type of environment on a
specific group of people.
Utilization of Geo Stamp Data
Geo stamp data added by the mobile phone applica-
tion gives various types of research opportunities
to the users. One of these research opportunities
