Building an Update
By generating an update to your game instead of a full build every time, you
can provide your current users with a smaller set of files, which means fewer
files that need to be downloaded. This is better for those who are on a
restrictive download policy with their ISP and saves your current users a lot
of time. To generate an update, follow these steps:
1. From the Realm Crafter Game Editor window, click on the Generate
Update button.
2. If you haven

t built a full client, you will get a message as shown in
Figure 6.4.

3. Click on Yes to build the full client. Depending on how big your game
is, this process can take a while. With the default project, it should take
no longer than a minute or two.
4. Upon build completion, you

ll see the message box shown in Figure 6.5.
