20.5 CONCLUSION
(1) The method of acceleration of plant breeding process offers at sprouting of
mature seed in inflorescences of cereal cultures, ears of grain growing, and
panicles of millet. A method plugs the soakage of inflorescences in PABA
(concentrations of 0.1% and 0.2%) dissolved in an acetic acid.
(2) Dissolution of PABA in an acetic acid is more effective, than dissolution in hot
water (control II). Activating of phenotype at soakage in PABA, dissolved in
an acetic acid, in variants (3-5) was higher than in control II - at soakage in
PABA dissolved in hot water.
(3) Soakage of inflorescences during 3-4 hr in PABA a dissolved in an acetic acid,
gives the best result. More protracted soakage - 5-6 hr some reduces by all
variants.
(4) Concentrations of PABA applied to the treating of inflorescences were higher
than in the cited works in which treated trashed seeds.
