1.1 INTRODUCTION
By the analogy with basic equation of electron spectroscopy of chemical analysis
(ESCA) method, the simple dependence of magnetic and electric constants upon elec-
tron spatial energy parameter is obtained with semi-empirical method. The relative
calculation error is under 0.1%.
1.2 INITIAL CRITERIA
The comparison of multiple regularities of physical and chemical processes allows to
assume that in such and similar cases the principle of adding reciprocals of volume
energies or kinetic parameters of interacting structures are realized.
Thus, the lagrangian equation for relative motion of the system with two interact-
ing material points with masses m 1 and m 2 in coordinate x with reduced mass m r , can
be written down as follows:
