In-Depth Information
MountainTrunkBay , NailBay and LongBay lie north of Mahoe Bay and run nearly
undisturbed for about 1 mile all the way to rugged Mountain Point. Resort and villa devel-
opment along these strands has taken away some of the privacy. Waters are generally calm.
BEST BEACHES
» Spring Bay ( Click here ) It's the Baths' next-door neighbor, sporting the same big-
bouldered beauty but without the crowds. Snorkelers have fun here. It's probably the
best beach to go to if you're short on time.
» Savannah Bay ( Click here ) It's a gorgeous strand for walking unfettered on white
sand and gaping at sunsets. Many return visitors to Virgin Gorda say this is their fa-
vorite beach.
» Vixen Point ( Click here ) You'll need a boat to reach this shore on Prickly Pear Is-
land where there's sheltered swimming and a fun beach bar.

shore. Some units have wi-fi; the most expensive villas also have a pool. Mango Bay is
isolated, with no dining options on site, so you'll need a car.
