decent options, too, including tofu, hummus or veggie sandwiches. At breakfast, grab an
espresso and a ham and cheese croissant and you're good to go for about $5. Eclairs, mini
pies, chocolatey brownies and other sweet treats tempt from the bakery case. If you're go-
ing on a picnic, the French Deli is a dandy place to stock up. Take Waterfront Dr to the
Moorings/Wickhams Cay 2; it's located near the entrance to the complex.

wich eaters whooping it up at brass-ringed tables. High marks go to the smoked turkey and
gouda sandwich and the macaroni and cheese plate.
Nature's Way VEGETARIAN $
( 284-494-6393; Waterfront Dr; mains $5-10; lunch) It's a bit tricky to find, loc-
ated at the rear of a health food store. But vegetarians will be pleased they persevered for
the red beans and rice, veggie burgers, lasagna and tofu dishes sold at the takeout counter.
They start ladling it out between 10:30am and 11am, and by 1pm it's gone. Look for the
Quastiskey Building by the roundabout; Nature's Way is on the first floor.
