Basic Plan Requirements
1. Representatives from each group should be included in all aspects of
planning:

Plant Engineer
Maintenance
2. Instructions must be prepared in a format that is easy for employees to
understand.
3. The plan must be continually updated and reflect changes in personnel
and the physical structure of the facility.
4. A regularly scheduled drill of the evacuation plan must be mandated.
5. A schedule review of the plan must be established after each practice.
