9 With its pristine mountainous rainforest, thick root-filled jungle and waterfalls, Marojejy
( Click here ) is a primordial place, where the 'angel of the forest', the endemic silky sifaka,
inhabits misty mountains, and spectacular views of the Marojejy Massif open up through the
canopy.Asuperbtrailcrescendosthroughthelandscape,climaxingwithatoughclimbtothe
summit (2132m). Marojejy permits also provide entry to the remote and beautiful Réserve
Spéciale d'Anjanaharibe-Sud ( Click here ), where travellers will be rewarded with the wail
of the indri.
