To architect, requesting information that setting out is correct
This letter is not suitable for use with DB.
Dear
We refer to our letter of the [ insert date ] in which we informed you that the
information on your drawings was insufficient to enable us to set out the
Works accurately. You responded by telephone, asking us to set out the Works
to the best of our ability based on the information provided. We have carried
out your instructions and we should be pleased to receive your confirmation
that the setting out is correct. If we do not receive such confirmation, in
writing, by return of post, we shall be obliged to notify you of delay to the
Works and disruption for which we will seek appropriate financial
recompense.
