To architect, if date for possession advanced

Dear
Thank you for your letter of the [

] advising us that the employer is
prepared to allow us to take possession of the site on [
insert date
].
Naturally, we will endeavour to take advantage of the opportunity to make an
earlier start than we anticipated and we will inform you when we intend to
take possession. There are many things to take into consideration and some
reorganising of our labour resources would be involved, all of which would
result in additional costs, which we would expect the employer to reimburse.
Please let us know, by return, if the employer will reimburse such costs so that
we can make our decision accordingly. If we take possession of the site on the
date you suggest, such action will not affect our obligation to complete the
works on the date for completion stated in the Contract Particulars.
