at commercially reasonable rates
This letter is not suitable for use with IC, MW or MWD .

In attempting to renew our professional indemnity insurance, we have to
inform you in accordance with clause 6.12 [ substitute '6.16' when using ICD or
'8A(2)' when using GC/Works/1 (1998) ] that the insurance referred to in
clause 6.11 [ substitute '6.15' when using ICD or '8A' when using GC/Works/1
(1998) ] is no longer available at commercially reasonable rates.
We should be glad to discuss the matter with you if you will let us know a
suitable time and date, bearing in mind that the insurance renewal date is
[ insert date ].
