To sub-contract architect, engineer or other consultant, at the end of a
successful project
This letter is only suitable for use with SBC, ICD, MWD or DB.

Despite the usual problems on this scale of work, all is now complete and the
building looks well and, apparently, functions to the employer's satisfaction.
Indeed the employer seems extremely pleased with the outcome.
With the employer's permission, we are arranging to photograph the building
for use in our publicity material where, of course, we shall give you proper
acknowledgement. We presume, unless we hear to the contrary, that you have
no objection to this course of action. We shall, of course, send you copies of the
photographs and of the publicity material.
We have enjoyed working with you on this project and we look forward to
co-operating again on future projects.
