we have now received notice that the employer has elected to require the
Works to continue to be carried out despite the cessation of terrorism cover.
The provisions of clause 6.8.3 of the sub-contract will apply.

we have now received notice that the employer has elected to terminate
our employment under the main contract on the [

]. Therefore, in
accordance with clause 6.8.2 of the sub-contract, your employment under the
sub-contract will also terminate on that date and the provisions of clause 7.11
(except clause 7.11.3.5) will apply.
