We refer to the default notice sent to you on the [

Take this as notice that, in accordance with clause 7.4.2, we hereby terminate
your employment under this sub-contract without prejudice to any other
rights or remedies which we may possess.
The rights and duties of the parties are governed by clause 7.7. No temporary
buildings, plant, tools, equipment, goods or materials shall be removed from
site until and if we so direct. Take note that any other provisions which require
any further payments or release of retention cease to apply.
