To sub-contractor that has failed to submit documents for the
calculation of the final sub-contract sum (a)
This letter is only suitable for use with DBSub/C.
Dear
We note that you have failed to submit the documents required under
clause 4.6.1 for the purpose of calculating the final sub-contract sum.
It is now more the two months since the practical completion of the
sub-contract works and it is my duty under clause 4.6.3 of the sub-contract to
prepare a statement of all adjustments to the final sub-contract sum as we can
make based on the information we have. A copy of such statement is enclosed.
