This letter is only suitable for use with SBC, IC or ICD.

We enclose an application setting out what we consider to be the valuation
calculated in accordance with clause 4.10 [
substitute '4.7' when using IC or ICD
].
May we remind you that, under clause 4.12 [
substitute '4.6.3' when using IC
or ICD
], you must now make a valuation for the purpose of ascertaining the
amount due in an interim certificate and, to the extent that you disagree with
our application, you must submit to us a statement which identifies such
disagreement. Note that the statement must be in similar detail to that
contained in our application.
