The definition of the psychological variables used in the model has been done based on
previous empirical papers (Table 5). Respondents were asked to indicate their agreement or
disagreement with the statements provided using a five point Likert scale where one indicates
strong disagreement and five, strong agreement. The scale items for the different aspects and
the empirical papers used are shown in table 5, while lifestyles are showed in table 6.
