the Deployment Descriptor (the web.xml file) simply contains a lot of XML.

We will use the editor's Variable view to insert the XML that maps the URI
http://www.tnt.com/taglib
to
/WEB-INF/tls/TNT.tld.

To add the URI entry, click the Add button and from the Add Item window click JSP
Configuration then the OK button.

In the Design view, JSP Configuration item will be displayed and be selected. Simply click
the Add button again and select Taglib from the Add Item window.
